We dig all plants and ship within 24 hours. Receival of plants being dead will not be an issue with us.They are state certified and alive when we ship them.

We Ship Freshly Dug Plants and We Are A Wholesale Nursery..... We do not offer free replacements because we do not charge retail prices nor charge retail prices for free replacements upfront like retail nurseries does. We have a wholesale warranty and want to make sure the customer understands it and agrees to it prior to ordering. We guarantee your plants to arrive in excellent condition, If they are damaged in transit, we are not responsible for them. We offer insurance on checkout for transit damaged of broken plants and/or damaged packages. If you receive a plant you think is dead, you will need to do a scratch test and send us  a picture showing the inside bark of the tree is brown or black and email it along with a written reason for the problem and order # and if it's a valid reason, we will ask for the plants to be returned for replacements. Scrath bark of plant with a dime,or knife and if inside core is greenish white, the plants are alive. if it's brown or black they are dead

All Chargebacks Are Reported to the 3 major credit bureaus of the cardholder that paid for the order placed with  as a 90 day deliquest account and also turned over to a third part collection agency and a $250 fee applied.

Any court hearing or litigations against Tennessee Wholesale Nursery LLC must be held on our residinig county of Grundy County, Altamont Tennessee
