Some trees also exhibit all those colors at the same time without uniform color change. Interestingly, maple syrup is taken from the tree, and it is used as a flavoring agent, sweetener, and a baking ingredient. People usually eat it with French toast, pancakes, waffles, and more. Sugar maple is classified as a deciduous tree that grows up to 25–35 meters and reaches 45 meters in some exceptional cases.
